View Ticket
In the portal choose "Look up a ticket"
Tickets that you have created will be listed
If you click on a ticket a popup appears with the details and any notes from the technician working on your issue
You can also submit comments via this popup
They will appear in the conversation thread
On the main page you can also see status updates like "In Progress" or "Waiting on Customer" etc.
Opening the ticket allows you to see technician replies.
