Getting Started With The Support Portal
Note: if you get an error saying "request permission to the portal", this is because your contact has not been set up in our system yet.The easiest way to do this is email support@stormwarden.io which not only can create a ticket, but also generates you as a contact. After this, you can follow the steps below to finish setting up your access to the portal.
When visiting the support portal https://support.stormwarden.io for the first time you will need to 'Sign Up' via the button options
Fill in the details for your user account
Confirm the email address that you typed in to get a confirmation email.
You'll get a notification that the confirmation email has been sent.
Click on the link in the confirmation email to confirm your email address in the portal.
You are now ready to login. When you login a 2 Factor Code will be emailed to you as part of the authentication process. Put that code in and you will have access to the support portal.
