Free up disk space
1. Delete temporary files
a. From the LAN network, access the c drive of the machine then go to the temp folder. Delete the files inside the folder.
2. Delete old user profile that is not being used. You may delete the user's profile from "systempropertiesadvanced" or Users folder.
a. From the LAN network, access the c drive of the machine and go to the Users folder.
b. If you are not sure what profile to delete, you may ask the current user who is logged in. The unused old profile usually have an outdated modified date. Delete the user's folder.
3. You may also look at files inside the user's profile like pictures, music, etc that are not work-related. Check with the user before deleting any of these files.
